About these terms

This website is run by Effileap Technologies, Trivandrum, Kerala, India. By using it, you agree to these terms. They cover the website only. Use of the Naksha software is governed by the licence document supplied with it, including the Naksha Free licence.

Information on this site

• Product descriptions, benchmark results and comparisons are provided for general information. They describe the results we obtained on the stated problems, with the models and settings described, and aren't a promise of accuracy on any other model.
• Simulation results support, but don't replace, engineering judgement, testing and the checks required by applicable codes and standards. You remain responsible for the designs you sign off.
• We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but it's provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from reliance on it.

Comparisons with other products

Where we compare Naksha with another product, we use that product's results as its maker has published them, cite the source and date, and state the selection rules we applied. We don't intend any comparison to suggest an affiliation or endorsement. If you believe a comparison is inaccurate, email info@effileap.com and we'll review and correct it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer where you live.
